ICU Registered Nurse - RN

Position Overview:

LeaderStat is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader for an ICU Registered Nurse - RN ICU in Sanford, FL. This leader is responsible for guiding the hospital’s strategic direction, ensuring high-quality patient care, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, leadership, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of Recent ICU RN experience in acute care Required
• ·Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• ·Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree, BSN is preferred
• ·NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start
• ·Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of start
• ·American Heart Association ACLS Provider issued card required within 6 months of employment start date
• ·PALS Pediatric Adv Life Support, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date

Salary Range: $33.23- $37.90 (5 years of experience)-$42.44 (10 years of experience)- $48.57 (17 + years of experience)

Shift Differentials: $4.50 nights; $1.50 weekends

Sign On:

• For Day Shift: $10k
• For Night Shift: $15k
